DZ Realty, LLC Completes Sale of Single Tenant Net Leased Jack in the Box Property in Las Vegas

Las Vegas, NV - June 24, 2011 - (Nevada Business Journal) - June 24, 2011)- DZ Realty, LLC, a net leased investment real estate brokerage firm, has completed the sale of a single tenant net leased Jack in the Box property located in Las Vegas for $1,860,000.00.

The .74 acre parcel was developed in 1998 and thoroughly remodeled in 2011. The property is located on one of the busiest streets in Las Vegas seconds west of I-15. The single tenant property is leased on a long term, triple net basis to Jack in the Box.
