Nevada Solar Company Reaches 'Mega' Milestone

Reno, Nev. (May 23, 2011) - In October 2010, Nevada's Hamilton Solar, LLC. passed the megawatt benchmark of solar power systems installed. The following April 2011, Hamilton Solar passed the two-megawatt benchmark. Reaching these solar-energy milestones within 1.5 years designates Hamilton Solar as the fastest growing solar installation company in Nevada.

Since June 2010, Hamilton Solar has completed approximately $7 million in projects with over 10,500 photovoltaic solar panels installed. These project completions have helped the State of Nevada move up the United Sates ranking list of capacity and generation of electricity from renewable sources.

With statewide commercial projects leading the company's portfolio, Hamilton Solar has finalized 2,111 kilowatts of commercial and residential projects to date. Hamilton Solar is forecasted to surpass the five-megawatt benchmark later this year.
